You could also have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I suffered with it for years and
finally had surgery on both wrists about 15 years ago. I had numbness and
pain in my hands, wrists and arms. It can also cause pain in your shoulders.
It was always the worst at night. Just a thought...
