Dave is 67 and contracted TM July 19 of this year. We had been told that
after 6 months there is little progress, but from what we're hearing on the
Internet, that is not true.
Dave could not move anything but his big toe at first, but now 5 months later
he uses a walker - slowly - and some Lofstrand canes. He has not been
permitted to be in a pool because he is incontinent. Did you not have that
problem?
I understand that this fight takes a lot of positive attitude, and
perserverance. Dave is very faithful about his exercises and is still in out-
patient therapy until Februar when they've told him he probably will be
dismissed.
Faith in God is what has sustained us both and what will continue to. Do you
have family other than your two grandchildren?
