baclofen pump

i am currently taking 30 mg of baclofen and am using a catapress patch to
control spasticity,and the side effects from these are too much for me.i am
always tired from the baclofen and the patch gives me headaches,fatigue,and
heart flutters.i am considering switching to a baclofen pump.i was wondering
if anyone on the list has one?if so, i wanted to know if:there are any side
affects ,how often does it have to be refilled,if the surgery is inpatient or
outpatient, how often it has to be replaced,and does it make you tired?i am i5
years old and have had tm for almost two years,i can walk fine except for a
slight limp on my left leg but with the medicene im on currently my legs get
stif easy in cold weather or when im nervous.so if anyone is using a pump,id
be happy for a reply thanks==anna
