Dear Mary and Gunny

I read about the trouble people that have TM have with UTI
The first few months my mom had TM she had many bladder infections.
She was on Floxin many times.
I took matter in my own hands to help her.
I did alot of research and I'll share it with you.

First of all " some bladder infections occur with acidic urine, others with
alkline urine.
Before treating, start by testing urine with pH paper(which you can buy at
any drugstore). If your urine has a pH higher than 6.5, which means alkaline
start drinking cranberry juice. Must be the surgarless kind. If you have a
pH of 5.5 or less, dont drink cranberry juice . Instead, take one quarter
teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of water every two or three hours." Donald
Yance, a nutristionist and member of the American Herbalist Guild,
practices in Norwalk, Connecticut. Quoted from Self Magazine Oct 1997.
Please Check with your dr. before.

She never had to use though because before finding this information i read a
technique that helped her. Since this she has never had a UTI for about 4
months now. I keep all my information handy because you never know.

This is very simple the trick is to empty the bladder completly.
When you go to urinate DO NOT SIT ON THE TOILET. Seriously instead squat
down but dont touch the toilet seat .Almost like as if your at a resturant
or something like that.
This simple move has helped her to empty her bladder and not get UTI
anymore.
I hope it works for you.
