To those of us who have been on for six months and longer(even as little as
two months),and as our "family" grows, we all feel like we "know" each
other, and we have a common link that we can discuss together in this forum.
Some of us may find that we have something closer in common with one or
another in the group. That is how we make new friends.
If you find those people that you would like to talk about other topics with,
such as the old days in the marines, or the car shows next weekend, then you
have their e-mail address to contact them privately, and set up "chat rooms",
and times to "meet". But our TM family is growing, and it might not be
feasible to get over a hundred people to schedule their times around getting
together in one big "chat room".
I am sorry that this letter is so long, but I find it hard to convey my
thoughts in one small sentence.
