Hi Bill,
You hang in there. Four months is a short time for TM.
Give some time for you to get better.
I got it in Aug. 96 and I have had some go away but it is very slow.
For your back, have you tried a heating pad? Maybe you'll get some releif
although
I have not tried it since heat really bothers me.
