<< Another thing you may try if you can, it works for me, is to lay on
your
bed with your upper torso over the end at the waist, face down, and do
inverted situps. Do ten if you can, then do two sets of ten, then go to
threee. Once you've accomplished that, do three sets of twelve, but don't
miss a day, and if your recovery is like mine, you'll see and feel results
within a week.
