i have noticed that you talk working out, i my self love it and if
i dont i would have to depend on someone else for help. i lift weights
i also train some football players at the high school. i have ben at it
for 30 years now and i have got to agree with ya a fit body dont have
as much pain and what pain you do have you can deal with it much better.
do you lift weights i find it much harder, but i do it, i allso roll my
chair up a hill to keep my heart in shape. would like to here your
workout, give me a hey-you thanks
