are your feet actually swelling---or do they just feel like that? If they
are swelling, you should prop them up several times a day. You might also
try a transcutaneous neuro muscular stimulator (TINS UNIT) to simulate the
muscles in your legs, ankles and feet--i find this helps lot. My feet do
swell and hurt as you said, and sometimes they are not swollen, but just feel
that way. Also a good flexing of the ankles, foot and toes by someone-or
yourself, if you can, i find helps.
