I don't knoww that sleeplessness is a part of T/M. I experienced it while on
steriods. You might check the side effects of any medications you might be
taking. Also, do you drink coffee or anything thaht has high concentrations
of caffeen in it like coke or tea before bed time? Also, some perople cannot
get to sleep right after eating right before bed time.
