<< Relax-I think you have been overdoing it. I work part-time 3-4 hrs doing
odd jobs running errands, but mostly sitting down painting. Today I
overdid it and worked 8 hours straight. I t was all sitting down on the
ground. I my legs have been very stiff tonight.
We have also had a change in weather here in the Valley of the Sun. It was
COLD this am when I left for work. It was 50 degrees! We also just had a
full moon which has an effect. >>
John:
I think you are right about overdoing it and I have worked way too many hours
lately. I always work 40 hours a week, but I have put in many overtime hours
the past three weeks. Monday and Tuesday I was at work-related training in
Phoenix at the Financial Center, downtown. I had to do a lot of walking. By
Tuesday afternoon I was feeling it, too. LOL. The numbness came back
Tuesday evening. By Wednesday morning the numbness had spread to the right
side (for the first time). I had some trouble walking, but it wasn't too bad
and didn't last more than a few hours. The numbness is already getting
better, but is still there.
And you're right about the COLD weather! I hear it is going to warm up a
little over the next few days. I have wondered how the cold weather would
affect me this winter. I know the heat made me very tired and shaky. How
does the heat affect you?
I am dying to know---what were you painting????
