I know the feeling, although I am still somewhat numb in the lower
extremities. Sensory seems to be coming back, but it's slow. I don't think
you can overdo it. I just read a letter about a guy who did nothing but walk
on his walker(once he was able) for about four hours a day, and he recovered.
It took approx. three years but it happened. Have bowel problems as we all
do, and some urinary also. It's really hard to cope. Isn't it amazing that
all the Medical Professionals have no answers. My Dr. doesn't seem to
concerned as he sent me to a Neurologist who there again doesn't seem to know
anything. Ever get the feling that, if it didn't happen to them they just
don't care.
