I know that a neurologist can try somwthings like steroids, ect, but I fell
that we are
]just being practiced on. I have found out that diet does effect me a lot.
I have cut down on all fats & use very little sugar, drink fresh juices, and
take my herbs & fiber
Pacing onself is a must, and the need to exersice even if its a walk around
the block or simple yoga movement, to keep things working
