Your brother may be experiencing abdominal spasms causing him to feel
discomfort. This could also be spasms in the muscles around the stomach or
intestines restricting the normal flow of food digestion. These are just
guesses, but I have seemed to experience similar problems, especially if I
eat large quantities of food at one setting.
