The symptoms you described are probably what you Dr. said---Migraines. I had
the years before I was blessed with T/M, and that is what my Optomologist
said they were--He is well respected in the Houston Area and is a good friend
of mine, too. I do not think they are related to T/M or MS. If you ever see
hazy areas-like clouds-, these could be neuroblastnomas, which I did have
right after my initial onset of T/M. They can be diagnosed by split lamp
examination and a photograph of your retena, and they look like star bursts
in the photograph. My DR. thought they may have been caused my the virus of
the steriods---but they resolved themselves in about a month and have not
come back.
