The day I lost the use of my bladder I had
to make a 7 hour trip to get to my own dr.
and local hospital. If I opened my eyes, it
looked like we were moving in and out of the
shadows in the forest..on the Saturday one
week to the day of that trip, I was given a
2 hour pass to go home and I thought there
was 8 lanes of traffic coming at us and my
husband was driving the opposite way in the
middle of those-or-driving on the grass beside
the highway! Of course none of the above was
true, only what my eyes were telling me. The
medical team of internist, urologist, and neurologist
called in my opthamologist to examine me and read
the mri reports..he said that I showed signs of eye
involvement but that there was no permanent damage.
This strange phenonem cleared within a 2 week period.
I have had an annual ckup with him since and though
I still have flakes flashing across my vision at times,
my eyes have not changed.
Isn't it amazing how many things have happened to us
in the name of tm?
