She's right y'all. I'm 29 years out and while I've had ups and downs, I
feel like I've had some improvement recently, considering the last couple
of years. Diet, exercise and a change of attitude made the difference this
time. You can never give up. I've said it before, but treat yourself like
an athlete in training and keep pushing the borders of what you know you
can do. You can get a lot more than a few months from your initial
improvement. And as long as you get moving, you'll keep what you regained
and maybe keep regaining. It's worth it to make tiny gains even years
later. It makes you feel like a million bucks. Ellen
