three months. Did you get sensations back right after the Solumedrol IV or
did it take months to see any results?? Were any of you in Spinal
Shock--flaccid muscles, no reflexes??? We are wondering about how lon it
takes to get better or when you know it will not get much better. Give us
some hope if you can. Thanks for all replys.

It was a slow and long process, but I was back to college classes within 3
months, though I looked kind of strange walking through the halls shuffling
my feet. Never totally lost my reflexes. I went back on prednisone twice in
a 1 year period and actually was retested for MS within that year because of
my poor progress. The tests were negative.
In any event, I went from college to law school and on to practice, and
things just kept getting better and better. I would say that within 1 year
post-tm, noone knew about my condition other than those who were close to me.
