I recently moved and my new neurologist has told me that he is not
convinced that I have MS. He says that tranverse myelitis can occur
because of several causes, of which MS is one. So, I guess my first
question is where do I go from here? Is there a FAQ I can read? Can
anyone make more sense of what my doctor has said than I can?
Just FYI. I'm nearing 30 (two more weeks) and I'm a college
professor of sociology with a focus on medical sociology. I'm
usually not this ill-informed on medical issues, but this is
something I've not been exposed to. Looking forward to learning lots
of new stuff here (that is, if I'm inthe right place). Lynne
