When I was claustrophobic during the MRI, the technician gave me this mirror
that allowed me to look outside of the tube. It was an illusion, but it worked.

I have used earphones with music you can relax by. Keep your eyes closed
the whole time and you can't tell your in a cyclinder. I due to have
