Some people have mentioned having their eyes closed during the MRI...for me
it helped that there was a little mirror above me where I could see just a
corner of the window where the technicians were. I guess it helped to feel
like there was some human contact and helped me not feel isolated and "boxed
up." I could also see part of the opening above my head, and that helped. I
dozed off during part of it.
We're all different! :) There is medication available, also.
