Debbie - I got TM earlier this year about 4 weeks after receiving a
tetanus shot. After several doctors and doctor visits, my current neurologist
is certain the TM was a direct result of that vaccination. She tells me
it would be extremely risky for me to ever receive a tetanus shot again. I
don't plan to take any chances after all I've been through with this
disease! However, if your disease wasn't brought on by a tetanus shot, I'm
not sure if the risk factor is as high. Have you asked your doctor?? --
