acupuncture question

Donna, I have been pleased with the acupuncture treatments. However, at the
same time I started acupuncture, I found out I had a B12 deficiency and
received a week's worth of B12 shots and now taking 1000 micrograms of B12
daily so I don't know if its the B12 or the acupuncture that has given me
more energy and more life in my leg. I'm fairly certain that my evergy
level is up because of the B12 but I have noticed a difference in the level
of numbness and mobility with the muscles in my leg and arm. The acupunture
is very relaxing believe it or not and seems to create an energy flow in the
body. I went twice a week for two weeks (the second week I was getting the
B12) and am going to go once a week now and see what kind of results I get.

Also, Donna I live in Mass and also see a neuro at UMass in Worcester. It
seems like we have a number of people in the Northeast, or do we just talk
more that anyone else? I too am 45 and thought this all started when I took
a nasty spill sledding last January. I also thought I had hurt my knee
because the numbness started in that area and I had twisted my leg or
something when I fell off the sled.

I also have to admit to starting the milk question. My 18 year old son has
been checking out my email and it was actually his question because of my
dislike of milk. It doesn't seem to be relevant so I think we can drop the
milk debate!

Has anyone thought of putting together some kind of questionairre/survey to
see if there are common elements? We could have new members fill it out.
If we could get the medical community involved it might yield some
interesting data.
