I'm 30 years old and acquired myelitis in l988. Since then I have improved
to the point of walking with the help of a walker, a four stick crutch, and
a pair of special boots that keep my feet on a 90-degree position. I would
like to know if there is any new treatment under research. I can feel my
legs but I have a lot of muscular spasms. There are no advanced research
centers in Brazil about myelitis, at least not that I know of. Any
information will be welcome.
