Welcome! This is the website of the Virginia TM Support Group, and we have been up & running since our first meeting in October 2001. Our group has grown from 3 “TMers” to 24. Bonds and friendships have been formed. I strongly believe that this group is much more than a support group. It is a group of friends. Some are friends that have only met online yet this doesn’t matter. I know everyone’s story, spouse’s name, and children’s names, whether or not they still work or on disability, what their needs or concerns may be. Everyone within our circle is aware of the stories, the families, the needs, the concerns, and many only with email contact.

Our group of friends wants to be able to help you when you need help with your TM. We have been there. We have members from both ends of the spectrum. It is amazing how TM affects people so different. Do not try to face it alone when you don’t have to.
